French reference version. The English and Spanish versions are translations of the French document intended to make it easier to understand. In the event of a discrepancy, contradiction, ambiguity or difficulty of interpretation between the language versions, the French version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law. This priority does not restrict any mandatory right, including consumer protections, the requirement to provide clear and comprehensible information, and rules requiring doubts to be interpreted in the consumer's favour. It does not change the specific terms expressly accepted for an order.

3. Business and offers
Listing Marketing Studio creates digital presentations of properties and spaces: ready-made packages accessible through their project link, and custom productions based on a quotation, information and photographs supplied by the customer. Depending on the order, deliverables include promotional videos, posters, listing sheets, visuals and a ZIP archive. Architectural visualisation and 3D experiences announced as next steps are not currently available to order, unless agreed separately in writing. Marketing examples are illustrative.
4. Hosting
The website uses Google Firebase App Hosting and Google Cloud. The deployed backend is located in the europe-west4 region in the Netherlands. Google identifies Google Cloud France, 8 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris, France, as the contracting entity for customers billed in France, unless otherwise agreed. Hosting provider information and contact: https://cloud.google.com/contact. Authentication, storage and other providers may involve other locations; see the privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
The studio's brand, logos, texts, illustrations, interfaces, software and templates are protected. Third-party assets and customer content remain subject to their holders' rights. Buying a package grants the usage rights defined in the terms, without transferring the brand, tools or production templates. Any other reproduction or use requires the rights holder's permission, subject to statutory exceptions.
6. Project confidentiality
A ready-made project presentation may be viewed by anyone who has its direct link; an unlisted link is not access protection. A custom order presentation is accessible in the relevant customer's authenticated account. Paid files have separate access controls. Technical publication of a project never constitutes permission to reuse customer content in the studio's public communications.
7. Personal data and cookies
The privacy and cookie policies describe the processing, recipients, retention periods, rights and technologies actually used. The Cookie settings control allows the choice concerning optional external players to be changed. Data-related requests may be sent to contact@inovaspaces.com.
8. Contractual documents
The terms, delivery withdrawal and refunds policy, and accepted quotation or description define the applicable commitments, subject to mandatory rules. If checkout identifies a separate merchant of record, including Stripe Managed Payments, its disclosed terms apply within their scope. Versions accepted for an order are not replaced retrospectively by a website update.
